Daybreak's partial care program provides a variety of groups and activities each day that are designed to meet the needs of individuals with different interests and abilities.
Interpersonal social activities are also offered throughout the week, including interactive games, bingo, movies, arts and crafts, educational speakers and presentations, entertainers & pet therapy to provide diverse, in-house socialization opportunities.
Each client meets with his or her case manager to review their recovery goals and the groups that support them. Off-site interventions are also offered to assist members to complete goals in a community setting.
An Incentive Program is offered to assist motivate achievement of recovery goals. Members earn points that they can trade for items such as toiletries, snacks, and lunches with their case worker, to name a few.
Daybreak also provides door-to-door transportation.

Daybreak is a private partial care program serving adults with a severe and persistent mental illness using a psychosocial rehabilitation model.
Daybreak emphasizes the strengths and potential of its consumers to develop their highest degree of independence, and helps them to achieve their personal goals. The overall goal of the program is threefold:
To empower individuals to function at their optimum levels and prevent psychiatric re-hospitalization through education, continual assessment of needs, goal-directed treatment plans, and psychiatric monitoring in a supporting structured milieu.
To continually develop and redefine an individual's personal treatment plan goals through assessment, client and family involvement, and to always be a forum for the client's self-expression, ideas, and input.
To be an esteemed and respected model of compassion, integrity, and professionalism within the mental health community.
